• Payment on check-out, no prepayment required (for unrestricted rates only)
• Flexible cancellation terms
• Access to setting your personal preferences

If within 24 hours of making your reservation you find a lower unrestricted public room rate, we will match the Lower Rate. Terms and conditions apply:

• The reservation must be made online at sukhothai.com.
• The Lower Rate must be for the same room type, the same arrival/departure dates and number of guests, same cancellation or non-cancellable terms and policies (where applicable).
• The Lower Rate must be available to the general public and verifiable by the hotel. Claimant must file the claim form online and comply with the claim form’s instructions in order to process the claim.
• The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of the reservation made at sukhothai.com Only one claim may be submitted for one stay. A stay refers to the total number of consecutive nights by the same guest/s.
• Both the sukhothai.com rate and the Lower Rate must be room-only, excluding meals, transportation, spa or other services.
• The Hotel reserves the right to void a claim if the availability of the Lower Rate cannot be verified at the time the claim is being processed. There must be evidence that the lower rate is bookable, and not simply advertised or inquired.
• The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations booked through other channels, nor may contracted corporate or group rates, long stay rates, restricted package rates be used for comparison.
