The Sukhothai Shanghai is committed to the well-being of our guests and communities we serve, hence, the use of tobacco products in all indoor public areas, restaurants and guestrooms are strictly prohibited.

Anyone who found to have violate this policy, a monetary penalty will be imposed for damage, cleaning and restoring the air quality in the guestrooms. A designated smoking area is available outside of the hotel.

 

Please note that The Sukhothai Shanghai has a photography and video policy in place for the privacy and comfort of all our guests.  Commercial photography is not permitted without prior written permission from the Hotel Management.   The hotel employees reserves the right to approach you or your guests regarding the use of any photography or recording equipment in the public areas.
