Only the finest in gastronomy, La Scala Italian restaurant is proud to present the five steps Degustation menu crafted by partner Michelin-starred Chef Theodor Falser and Chef de Cuisine, Stefano Sanna.   A tasting menu consist of five chef’s recommended dishes, from appetizers to dessert.   Fresh-to-order with seasonal ingredients presented in a creative flair, ideal for anyone would appreciates the essence of honest and modern Italian dining experience.

Five steps Degustation menu includes

  • Blue Atlantic lobster, tomato, pickled red onion, basil oil, mustard seeds
  • Beef tenderloin tartar, grain mustard crisp, marinated egg yolk, pecorino skin
  • Mezze maniche “Pastificio Mancini” fresh tomatoes sauce, taggiasche olives, basil chilli crumble
  • Seared John Dory, potatoes, mint, roasted bell pepper, emulsion, saffron
  • Lady finger, coffee ice cream, mascarpone cheese foam, cocoa powder, chocolate

Menu at RMB498 per person, available for lunch and dinner

Wine pairing at RMB238 per person for three glasses or RMB448 per person for six glasses of premium red or white wine
