Key Responsibilities

Scope of Position

  • To supervise all culinary operations and ensure that the culinary associates are motivated, disciplined and productive
  • To enforce operational health and safety criteria and food hygiene regulations
  • Creativity in food preparation and menu planning, create the finest dining experience
  • To lead the culinary team focused towards achieving a consistent five star product
  • Responsible for maintaining the established financial budgets
  • Responsible for department training and development

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years cooking experience in luxury brand hotel kitchen or restaurant(or relevant work experience)
  • South East Asia Cuisine experience preferred

 Personal qualities

  • Fluently English skills, good computer skills
  • Experience in the same capacity for at least 5 years
  • Able to work flexible schedules
  • Self-motivated and Initiative
  • Creative and innovative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fair and firm management abilities with high influencing skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
