Key Responsibilities

The Guest Service Officer main duty is to strengthen and enhance guest experience within the hotel. This includes fulfilling the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of all guests.
Responsible for courteously and efficiently checking in and out guests; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Providing information to any guest or visitor upon inquiry.
