Chef David Tamburini is proud to introduce his signature tasting menu, consisting of unique, “one of a kind” New Italian cuisine, from appetizers to desserts.  The menu offers pure, seasonal traditional Italian recipes presented with unparalleled creative flair, a veritable culinary tour de force that captures the very essence of contemporary Italian fine dining.


The Natural Tasting Menu includes:

  • Campania buffalo mozzarella bavaroise, Piccadilly and datterino tomatoes, basil
  • Crispy potato skin filled with potato foam, griddle Mediterranean octopus, green olive sauce
  • Pan fried veal sweetbread, toasted pine nut milk, braised young carrots and lemon
  • Braised black pork carob ravioli, wild garlic leaves essence
  • Steamed john dory fillet, saffron butter sauce, baby zucchini, grilled lemon and pistachio
  • Grilled European black Angus dry aged rib eye, deep fried cauliflower, puntarelle salad and anchovies
  • Mascarpone and carob mousse, sambuca infused beetroots, granola
