Chef David Tamburini is proud to introduce his signature tasting menu, consisting of unique, “one of a kind” Italian cuisine, from appetizers to desserts.  The menu offers pure, seasonal traditional Italian recipes presented with unparalleled creative flair, a veritable culinary tour de force that captures the very essence of contemporary Italian cuisine.


The Naturally Tasting Menu includes:

  • Campania buffalo mozzarella bavaroise, Piccadilly and Datterino tomato, basil oil
  • Crispy potato skin filled with potato foam, Griddled mediterranean octopus, green olives sauce
  • Cold sliced Fassone veal, white turnip in anchovies dressing, black winter truffle
  • “Baked pasta” rigatoni stuffed with Bolognese ragu’, crispy Parmigiano Reggiano, bechamel and intingolo
  • Gently braised tuna tail, sweet and sour red onions, eggplant in two ways, mint leaf
  • Roasted Iberico lamb rack, vegetables casserole chamomile, thyme scented
  • Figs, walnuts and lemon leaves compote, organic apple vinegar ice cream
