New Spring Menu

David takes inspiration from the freshness of the spring season ingredients that allow him to be creative and to introduce various outstanding dishes within this recently launched menu. Spring is an amazing season for a chef that really feels the power of nature after a cold winter season, a season of fresh, light tastes and acidity, guidelines that David would like to pass on to his customers at La Scala, complete with the "emotions" of nature.
This new seasonal menu is David’s opportunity to present all Italian food connoisseurs with a more unique menu that focuses upon his ideas of preparing dishes based on the freshest ingredients of the season such as white and green asparagus, fresh fava beans, spring green peas and many others.
David will personally approach the tables and present his dishes with his signature natural techniques, as he believes that customers should experience the cuisine itself, the flavours and the colours, plus the beauty of his cooking that surpasses excellence due to his knowledge that comes from years of experience.
At La Scala all diners will enjoy a fresh, modern approach to Italian cuisine for both lunch and dinner, including a “natural” tasting menu being served exclusively at dinner.
