All our rates are quoted in Thai Baht and to be paid in Thai Baht. The exchange rates we use are the “on-shore” Thai rates as per the Bank of Thailand. We do not use “off-shore” conversion rates in Thailand. Please be aware that there is a difference in these conversion rates.

A minimum length of stay of 2 consecutive nights is required.
All rates are quoted on a per room / per night basis.

Cancellation policy
