As we approach the festive season, La Scala will be filled up with the irresistible aroma of White Truffles from the Alba region of Italy, exquisitely prepared by Italian Master Chef Maurizio Menconi for a la carte lunch and dinner.

Constantly praised as the hidden gems of Italian cuisine, White Truffles are considered to be one of the most sought after culinary delicacies in the world. They are found solely in the northern part of Italy and grow only on land blessed with good soil and suitable weather.

Highlighted menus for this White Truffle Feast include –

  • Charolaise Beef Tartare, Paolo Parisi Organic Egg Yolk, Parmesan Shaves and Alba Truffle
