Innovative Chef Maurizio Menconi will combine the delicious taste of wild game cuisine with the finest of traditional Italian recipes for lunch and dinner at La Scala, The Sukhothai Bangkok, from 4 – 17 November 2013.

Wild game meats are known to be richer in nutrients and healthier than regular meats used on a daily basis.

Special preparation techniques ensure each wild game dish focuses upon pairing the original taste and texture of the meat together with Chef’s closely guarded secret recipes.

Traditional Italian Wild Game Dishes - highlighted menus include -

  • Paté en Croûte of Wild-Game & Foie Gras, Green Leaves, Black Truffle Dressing
  • Egg Garganelli Pasta, Scottish Hare Ragout, Artichokes
  • Cocoa Enriched Pappardelle, Wild Boar Stew, Porcini Mushrooms
  • Wild Red-Legged Partridge from the Highlands of Scotland, Pumpkin Coffee Purée, Amalfi Lemon Marmalade, Chanterelle Mushroom Risotto

La Scala opens daily: Lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs and Dinner from 18:30 to 23:00 hrs.
