Celadon at The Sukhothai proudly presents the exotic flavour of fresh scallops and oysters.

Featuring unique ingredients faithfully prepared in accordance with traditional Thai recipes, Scallop and Oyster Specialties at Celadon will be served for lunch and dinner from 9 - 31 August.

Combining attention to detail, well-crafted decoration and superb presentation expertise, Chef Chamlong Pewthaisong has dedicatedly prepared recipes for six irresistible scallop and oyster dishes, including –

  • Fresh Oysters served with Spicy Seafood Sauce, Crispy Garlic and Lemon
  • Stir-fried Hokkaido Scallops, Prawns, Celery
  • Hot and Sour Smoked Hokkaido Scallops, Oyster Mushrooms and Dried Chilies
  • Crispy Oysters, Beansprouts, Kaffir Lime
  • Wok-fried Hokkaido Scallops, Saropus and Garlic
  • Spicy Crispy Morning Glory, Smoked Hokkaido Scallops and Grilled Prawns

Celadon at The Sukhothai opens daily: Lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs. Dinner from 18:30 to 23:00 hrs.
