Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Ganguillet is now introducing gluten-free bakery products at Thimian. Due to the increasing of numbers of people who are allergic to gluten, usually found in wheat, barley, rye and triticale, Chef Laurent is creating gluten-free items using carefully-chosen imported gluten-free flour for guests with dietary restrictions - and also of course for those who simply seek an alternative choice of food.
Gluten-free bakery items on offer at Thimian include Gluten Free Banana Muffin, Gluten and Lactose Free Country Loaf and Gluten and Lactose Free Pistachio and Raisins.
Thimian is open daily from 08:00 – 18:00 hrs.
