The Sukhothai Bangkok – world famous for its award-winning restaurants – will enhance guests' dining experience with the launch of the Chef’s Table in Celadon’s Herb Garden.
One of the city’s most iconic Thai eateries, Celadon serves authentic Thai cuisine in elegant air- conditioned salas and open-air terraces overlooking a lotus pond. The Chef’s Table is in Celadon’s Herb Garden and a maximum of 6 people can be accommodated.
Our main herbs and vegetables are coriander, four different basils, laksa leaves, mint, kaffir lime, pandanus, torch ginger, lemongrass, bird’s-eye chili, galangal, cherry tomato and mini apple eggplants - and this just mentions a few! Our chef gathers herbs and vegetables from the garden every morning and part of our crop is set aside for lunch and dinner on the same day.
Our talented Thai chef Chamlong Pewthaisong, or Jimmy, has also prepared two special dinner set menus enchanting the taste buds of diners with every dish he creates, using the different aspects of traditional Thai flavors, while also capturing the eye through an elegant modern presentation. The Anchan and Puong Chompu menus are available at Baht 2,400++ and Baht 2,800++ respectively.
Add an exquisite and memorable touch to your dinner with a chef’s demonstration at your table, a private butler and 45 minutes serenade with serene traditional Thai instrumental music, played on the Kim by our expert musician, for an additional Baht 2,000++ only.
The Chef’s Table in Celadon’s Herb Garden is available for dinner daily from 18:30 – 23:00 hrs. Reservations essential with a minimum of 2 days in advance.
