Our Thai chef Chamlong Pewthaisong, or Jimmy, has selected a few of his favorite delightful dishes, including Laab Nuea Poo Nai Krathong Grob – Spicy Crab Meat with Thai Herbs served in Pandan Coconut Cone; Yam Goong Gang Gab Naam Prik Phrow – Spicy Salad of Crispy Mantis Prawns with Roasted Chili Paste; Pla Hima Nung Gab Phad Krachai – Steamed Cod Fish with Spicy Chinese Ginger and Hot Basil Sauce; Goong Mangkorn Phad Khing – Wok-fried Phuket Lobster with Ginger, Soy Bean and Celery; and even more to enjoy the new year in fine Thai style.
